COVID-19 HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICIES

• Vaccines against COVID-19 are required for entry into the GOLDEN STAG NYE.

Everyone must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 in order to enter the Golden Stag NYE Speakeasy Event. You will be required to show proof of vaccination and a photo ID for you and all members of your party at registration.

This is required by law in the CITY OF LOS ANGELES as of October 21st, 2021.

Acceptable methods of proof include:


• Physical copy of your Vaccine Certification

• A QR Code with the CA Digital COVID-19 Vaccine Verification System.

• Digital copy of your vaccination record ( please photograph both sides )
• Digital record that includes a QR code that when scanned by a SMART Health Card reader displays to the reader client name, date of birth, vaccine dates and vaccine type.

• Face Coverings are REQUIRED INSIDE THE EVENT

Face coverings are required indoors throughout the event when you are not actively eating or drinking at the Millenium Biltmore.  Embellish, design and be creative, but make sure your nose and mouth are covered.

All face coverings should follow CDC reccommended guidelines:

• Be made with at least 2 layers of breathable material
• Fully cover the nose and mouth and secure under the chin
• Fit snugly but comfortably against the side of the face.
• Be secured with ties or ear loops to allow guests to remain hands free.

There will be areas for food and beverages where you may remove your mask if you are actively eating or drinking. While you are inside the common indoor areas of the Biltmore, you will be required to wear your mask. 

Keeping you Safe within the EVENT

• Event Capacity Limited  : The capacity of the Golden Stag NYE Event is limited. 
To give everyone more space within the event, we have limited our ticketing capacities and are encouraging more space for people to relax and explore.

• Enhanced cleaning procedures throughout the Biltmore venue.

• Outdoor photo activations.

• The Golden Stag NYE experiences and other offerings may be modified, limited in capacity and subject to limited availability.

Health Acknowledgement

By entering The Golden Stag NYE, you are confirming that you and all persons in your party are not experiencing any of the following symptoms of COVID-19 identified by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC.gov), including:

• Fever or chills
• Cough
• Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
• Fatigue
•Muscle or body aches
• Headache
• New loss of taste or smell
• Sore throat
• Congestion or runny nose
• Nausea or vomiting
• Diarrhea
• Have not been in contact with someone with confirmed or suspected COVID-19 symptoms without completing quarantine and are not under any self-quarantine orders.

Guests who cannot confirm all of the above criteria will not be allowed to enter the Golden Stag NYE Speakeasy Event. If at any point during your visit, a Guest does not meet all of the above criteria, they and their traveling party will be required to isolate and may be relocated or asked to leave the property.

Guests entering the Golden Stag NYE Speakeasy Event acknowledge that they understand and will abide by the above health-and-safety requirements.
